Refund policy
We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at info@seurare.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address given at the time of discussion.
If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Shipping costs related to the return of the product will be covered by you, unless otherwise discussed.

Refunds
As a small business offering limited products, we're unable to provide refunds. Instead, we gladly offer exchanges for unused items in their original condition within 14 days of purchase. Because we don't restock, exchanges help us continue creating and sharing products with you.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (such as earrings) may not be eligible for exchange. Please check the product description or contact us for clarification before purchasing. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
